Following wrong food habits & lifestyle calls for colon cleansing periodically

Making wrong choices of food habits and lifestyles are enough to cause clogging of colon and effecting constipation. The colon cleansing  is the basic step for correcting the state of colon health as well as constipation.
 
It is time to look back what is the food we are presently eating causing diseases of colon health. Protein is most consumed item in our food no doubt it is necessary also. Too much of consumption of protein in the food generates excess of acidity, which is not a sign of good health.
 
When there is excess of acidity there is depletion of minerals and electrolytes from the body. This alSo affects colon in reduction of its ability to deal with pathogenic bacteria and the toxins.
 
When nutrition is in deficit overeating is resorted to making room for weight gain, which is not under control by the habit of taking food when sitting idle and eating more in each sitting. It is an open invitation to large numbers of diseases drifting away from state of health.
